These buildings were used in "The Wilmington African American Historic and Cultural Resources Preservation Project: Newspaper Search" completed by researchers at the University of Delaware, D. Laird, C. Kershaw, K. Puleo, and E. Paulus. This is a project to understand, preserve, and explain African American life from 1900 to 1940 in Wilmington.
